Anyone find themselves cooking more? Even though we live in the middle of nowhere, I really miss going into town and grabbing some dinner at a restaurant, whether with the family or for a date night. I mostly miss it because I wouldn't need to cook that night. I gotta confess, a good portion of last week, I was kinda in a FUNK, a little cabin fever, a little depressed... did the bare minimum with the kids, put off projects, binge watched netflix shows til 2am, and just didn't want to get out of bed.
