The High Valley Paper Co website is finally making its debut. Formally known as K&V Crafts for the past decade, original owner & creative designer, Kat Hagar, uses the same mindset & practices, including a mission to try and incorporate green thinking into all products. Kat's passion has always been design and crafting. Additionally, love and life has always been her inspiration. When she designs and creates custom stationery, she feels highly rewarded in the fact that she is a part of that special milestone or memory that brought happiness to each one of her customers' lives.
