SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: Most items ship via USPS within 1-3 days of payment. You'll receive a notification with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped.

Advent Calendars Shipping:

Standard Shipping: Usually ships within 1-2 weeks.
Peak Season (October - November): Expect shipping within 3-4 weeks.
Order by November 1 to ensure delivery by December 1.

Custom Orders:
Shipping costs vary based on quantity and location. Please contact us for a quote.

Responsibility:
High Valley Paper Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. All orders include a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

Customs Fees: All international orders may be subject to fees depending on your country's policies.
Shipping Time: International orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, not including time spent in customs. Please allow extra time for international shipping.

RETURNS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Returns and Exchanges:

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Retain the package, its contents, and packing materials. We'll work together to find a solution. Note that all custom orders, personalized items, sale, or clearance items are final and non-refundable.
