Items ship via USPS, unless otherwise specified. They are shipped within 1-2 days of payment received. You will be notified when your item(s) have been shipped which will include a tracking number.

Please contact us for a shipping quote regarding custom orders. Shipping amount depends on quantity & location.

High Valley Paper Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been made. All orders come with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to fees (depending on
your country's policy). Our shipping time does not include time that can be spent in Customs. Please ask if you have any questions regarding international shipping. Please allow plenty of time for international shipping. International packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on location.

RETURNS

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

If your item is damaged during shipping, don't delay - please contact us upon receipt! Be sure to retain the package and all of its contents, including packing materials. We will work together to find a happy solution in the unfortunate event your package was damaged during shipping. Do keep in mind, however, that all custom orders, personalized, sale, or clearance item sales are final and non-refundable.
