Our crafting station included everything you needed: paper cutters, colored pencils, markers, gel pens, scissors, glue sticks, double sided tape, washi tape and little pre-cut embellishments I made with the Cricut.
There were a couple celebrities at this event. One I recognized right away was Steve (Ian Ziering) from 90210. I used to watch this show alot when I was in HS. Lol.
The newspapers are great for kids ages 8 and up to do independently or younger if they do it with the other parent or even older sibling.
Kids can draw a picture in the large box or add a photo!
Anyways, I figured this would be a great activity for the kiddos to do since they won't be bringing home handmade Mother's Day things from school right now. Subscribe below and receive a FREE Mother's Day Newspaper Printable. Simply print on any letter-sized (8.5"x11") paper or cardstock and if you want, you can frame it for the World's Best Mom! For everyone that's already subscribed, you'll receive an email with a link to the Freebie!
Have fun crafting,
